The Valley Foundation School of Nursing at San Jose State University is seeking a Project Manager / Clinical Placement Coordinator to support academic scheduling, clinical placement coordination, and student onboarding for undergraduate nursing programs. Reporting to the Director of Resources and Operations for the College of Health and Human Sciences (CHHS), and receiving work direction from the Director of the Valley Foundation School of Nursing, this position works independently under minimal supervision. The incumbent collaborates closely with the Curriculum Coordinator, Undergraduate Coordinator, and Clinical Scheduler to ensure efficient scheduling, registration, application processing, and compliance with clinical requirements for students and faculty. This position plays a critical role in supporting student success and maintaining strong partnerships with clinical agencies.
